Our philosophy
Beside the we have set out for ourselves - to produce quality and delicious products, we also respect the preservation of nature. In our establishments we do not offer disposable plastic and encourage our customers to consume the gelato in freshly baked cones or in porcelain cups. As for coffee, anyone can take-away their coffee in their personal reusable thermoses or cups, which we already offer for sale and in a bathtub of galaxies.
Our Principles
In our desire to create delicious products, yet preserve the environment at the same time, we follow several principles of sustainable development:
We do not use disposable plastic anywhere in our locations; #plasticfree
We only use compostable packages for takeaways. We also have bins with compostable compartments;
We advise our customers to bring reusable cups and boxes, given that the customers have cleaned them. In return they receive from us an eco discount;
We have composts in which we compost everything from biodegradable waste to compostable packaging;
Our efforts
We preserve the same principles at our farm.
The milk from Rozino Organic farm is transported to the locations in the churns, which, in addition to keeping the milk fresh, detracts from the possibility of contamination
The compost of Gelato&Latte is transported back to the farm and is used for fertilization.
